These Terms and Conditions defined by TYLER LOUIS JEWELRY is an irrevocable contract between bidders, winning bidders and TYLER LOUIS JEWELRY. Bidders accept and hereby comply to all TERMS AND CONDITIONS vested by TYLER LOUIS JEWELRY upon participating our auctions.

BUYER'S PREMIUM = 20% of HAMMER PRICE (AN ADDITIONAL FEE TO EACH WINNING ITEM)

CANCELLATION OF WINNING ITEM = 20% OF HAMMER PRICE

CA TAX: ALL CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS AREBOUND TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL 9.5% SALES TAX

STRICTLY NO TESTING OF BIDS. Auction house does not have the ability to remove bids. TYLER LOUIS JEWELRY will not be responsible for any bid testing, internet failure, power outage or any interruption or technical errors occurred before, during and after the sale closed.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, STRICTLY NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGES AND NO CREDIT. Information presented in the catalog/listing is solely by the favor of the buyer with best knowledge of the auction house. It is solely the bidders' responsibility to check, confirm, and conclude prior to bidding on all aspect of the item's conditions, state, realness, adequacy before bidding in an item. TYLER LOUIS JEWELRY does not give any guarantee as to marketability and conditions of lot relating to the item's market value. TYLER LOUIS JEWELRY for any reasons whatsoever has the right to accept or reject bid. All lots are sold "AS IS" without any recourse. Pictures and descriptions are not warranty, not a guarantee and no assurance.

All GOLD and SILVER purchases must be paid within 3 business days otherwise they may be subject to cancellation or fees.  If payment is not made in this timeframe it is the RIGHT of the auction house to choose to either cancel or allow the sale. The winning bidder may also be subject to cancellation fees should they not adhere to this time frame.  For any credit card or debit card payments, the customer is subject to an ADDITIONAL 3% FEE on the total of the invoice

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

TYLER LOUIS JEWELRY ships packages through USPS and FEDEX. Shipping fee depends on value of each package. All packages require signature. Shipping fee depends on the package value. Shipping fee is included in the invoice bidder’s should be receiving after the auction. ALL INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES. Bidders are responsible in paying these taxes.
